A long time ago, we decided that we were going to be the kind of IT services company that we would like to deal with if we were the client. We decided that commitment to people, doing the right thing for our client (not for our profit), doing what we say we are going to do, and conducting our business dealings with compassion for the next guy were values that we wanted to emphasize and embody.

Our company’s entry into the computer business began in 1977 with the market emergence of the Apple Computer. What began as a hobbyist product soon evolved into a major product category. Education was the primary driver in our sales of the Apple Computer. The Apple plus and Apple IIe soon became the go-to standard for our sales to schools.
Fast forward thirty-six years…
By 2013, Insight had grown to over 30 employees in both the Grand Forks and Fargo offices.
Today, we continue to expand our footprint in the region and strengthen our reputation as a leader in managed IT services – providing critical technology insight for our client’s business success.
